Any enquiries made about a property are met with a viewing appointment being made, carried out by our office clerk, Ross who has information about all our available properties on file.

We go to great lengths to ensure that a suitable tenant is found by processing character references, employers references and a financial reference.  

Only when satisfactory replies have been received will we begin to initiate the moving of a prospective tenant.

To ensure the property is being well kept we carry out periodic property inspections, carried out by a senior member of our team, and monitor the progress of the tenancy and ensure everything is in working order.

Gas and electrical safety inspections are carried out to ensure your property meets its legal requirements.
