We are a family run company, who specialise solely on the letting sector of the property market. We established ourselves in 1997 and have enjoyed a steady growth year upon year. Over this time, we have developed our methods and gained great experience in the field of property management, and have watched rival companies either sell up to large national organisations, or close up business altogether. We remain as committed and enthusiastic as we were when we started, and are always looking for ways to improve the service we offer to our landlords.
As well as undertaking thorough references for an applicant on any property under our management, we remain vigilant throughout the tenancy, undertaking regular property inspections and do our utmost to ensure your property is well cared for during its time with our company.
If you are a prospective tenant searching for the right property for you, our helpful office staff would be happy to assist you over the phone. Feel free to call any day between the hours of 9.00am-5.00pm, and a member of staff will be happy to assist you. We can arrange prompt viewings on all of our properties, and should you be interested in making an application, you can attend our office on the same day to complete the relevant forms.
We aim to have all the references and paperwork in place within 14 days (although this can vary depending on how promptly we receive replies back from referees). Once the satisfactory replies are received, we will then contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date for the tenancy to be signed, and you will receive the keys to your new property.
