Since the Helen Rimmer Property Management company was started twelve years ago our close knit family-run company has established itself as one of the most highly respected in the town.
The company is operated by our friendly, helpful and highly trained office team from our head offices at Bispham Road, Southport, the same site used for offices for over 100 years by the Rimmer family business.

We go to great lengths to ensure that a suitable tenant is found by processing character references, employers references and a financial reference. Only when satisfactory replies have been received will we begin to initiate the moving of a prospective tenant.
