The company is operated by our friendly, helpful and highly trained office team from our head offices at Bispham Road, Southport, the same site used for offices for over 100 years by the Rimmer family business.
The range of properties we manage is vast, from small studio flats to luxury apartments, semi-detached houses to large detached bungalows. Whatever the property, we ensure you of the same second to none service.
We go to great lengths to ensure that a suitable tenant is found by processing character references, employers references and a financial reference. Only when satisfactory replies have been received will we begin to initiate the moving of a prospective tenant.
